OUR MISSION

Girasol Montessori School offers a bilingual English/Spanish program for children aged 33 months to 6 years. Our mission is to provide children and families with an authentic Montessori experience, allowing children to follow their natural developmental path while being active and contributing members of our community.

At Girasol Montessori School, our properly trained and experienced guides ensure a strong foundation for your child in a safe, nurturing environment. This environment is carefully prepared to meet each child’s physical, psychological, and intellectual needs. Our mixed-age community provides ideal opportunities for children to establish meaningful, long-lasting peer relationships in a setting that encourages kindness, joy, and respect for oneself, others, and the environment.

Our goal is to guide each child in becoming independent and reach their full potential in all areas of life. Our intentionally and strategically prepared environment promotes functional independence, social skills development, emotional growth, and physical coordination.

Our trained and dedicated adults serve as a bridge between the children and the learning materials, enabling children to experience the joy of learning through hands-on exploration and sensory engagement. This approach fosters concentration and mastery by providing children with the freedom to move, make choices, repeat activities, and develop language skills.
